Patient Waiting Area

Our patient waiting area was expertly designed and crafted to ensure comfort and privacy when you are waiting to receive treatment. The waiting area is always stocked with news papers, magazines as well as cable TV to keep you entertained. We pride ourselves in keeping our office tidy and neat at all times.

Kid Zone

Our office also features a KIDS PLAY ZONE to help keep your little ones entertained while at the office. There is always plenty of toys, games, DVD’s and Colouring exercises to help. We are so proud of our child patients we keep a Hall of Fame with our patients first names, ages and first day at the office on display!

Operatory

Each operatory features ceiling mounted patient TV’s, wireless headphones, and state of the art equipment so you can relax and unwind while you are receiving treatment – The TV screens are also useful for case presentation and explaining anything that the Dr. M may have noted during your exam, we are proud to use digital sensors to acquire X-rays, making them the best quality available.

At Mellow Family Dental Care we take sterilization very seriously at the office, we work dutifully to ensure we surpass standards set forth by the College of Dental Surgeons of BC. All instruments are wrapped and processed though a steam sterilizer. We spore test regularly to ensure our sterilizer is working properly and effectively, as well as ensure all employees receive continuing education related to sterilization protocols in a dental office setting.
